Global Sales Operations Sr. Analyst (REMOTE)

We are looking for a Global Sales Operations Sr. Analyst to join our growing Global Sales Operations team. This role will work report to the Global Sales Operations Sr. Director and work closely with other member of the Global Sales Operations team as well as leadership to facilitate continuous process improvement and help drive incremental sales and revenue growth.

The Global Sales Operations Sr. Analyst will be focused on reporting and analytics and will play a critical role supporting the Global Sales organization by helping create and implement new automated methods for reporting and analytics, sales infrastructure including sales tools, processes, training, reporting and analytics to help build our team for scale. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and data-savvy with an intellectual curiosity and a drive for constant improvement. Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and adoption of a consistent global reporting standard across regions. Support routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to management regarding business development initiatives, pipeline reports, individual sales performance, performance against goals, etc. Ensure reports contribute to business insight and decision-making.
  • Manage day to day delivery of Sales Operations functions across multiple regions.
  • Assist in the development, improvement, evaluation and roll out of sales processes for a smooth end-to-end user experience.
  • Identify areas of inefficiency in our sales operations process and propose solutions and workflows that would resolve problems, optimize metrics, and improve productivity.
  • Assist with sales enablement functions such as win/loss program and prospecting initiatives across the regions.
  • Work cross-functionally to design enablement processes to promote global adoption of best practices and excellence in sales execution
  • CRM System testing, development and user support. Drive sales data quality efforts through excellent change management and maintenance.
  • Be a thought leader and go-to expert on resources and tools for sales leaders and teams.
  • Work directly with key sales leaders on critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Sales Enablement, etc. to establish strong working relationships.
What you should have:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations / Business Operations / Revenue Operations at a rapidly scaling organization
  • Executive level business acumen related to Sales and Sales Operations.
  • Experience specifically with Salesforce CRM and proven ability to create custom views, reports and dashboards and experience with Einstein Analytics/TCRM
  • Admin level proficiency in Salesforce.com (certification a plus, but not a requirement)
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets within Excel and provide insights, executive level reporting and presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables under tight timeframes in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to establish and sustain relationships with prospects, partners, and existing clients.
  • Ability to work independently with professional detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent with specialization in business, finance, marketing or a related field of study

You are the ideal candidate if you have:
  • Salesforce.com certifications
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau a plus
  • Salesforce.com Einstein Analytics experience
