WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Global Brand Marketing Sr Director for the Women's Lifestyle team who will champion innovative thinking, collaboration, and partnership. They will be an experienced, empowering mentor that contributes to positive team culture and builds opportunities for team and individual development, recognition and reward. They will develop and activate brand building strategies intended to build and deepen Nike's relationship with consumers though the Nike Lifestyle offering across product, services and experiences. They will guide brand strategy, initiate and activate go to market plans and work in collaboration with various partners on multiple projects simultaneously.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Lead and drive end-to-end go to marketing plans to serve the consumer from ideation to execution in partnership with key team members across the organization.
- Work in a consumer-led, end-in-mind manner to determine the elements that will deliver our offering through ideas across the online to offline consumer landscape, while developing new and emerging methods of engaging with consumer, ensuring the work is inspiring, impactful, and innovative.
- Contribute to the development of an annual brand plan in partnership with the Women's Brand Marketing teams.
- Contribute towards driving a culture of mentorship across the extended team by mentoring and developing teammates, in a manner that is inclusive, inspiring, and consistent with Nike's Brand Values and Corporate Guidelines.
- Drive cross functional inclusion and alignment throughout the Go To Market process, within the Brand Marketing team and other stakeholders across the organization (including Product/Merchandising, Brand Creative, Consumer Direct, Communications, and Geographies).
- Work closely with Brand Planning, Studio Management, Operations, Production, and Finance colleagues to ensure work is delivered timely and on budget.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work daily within the core Women's Lifestyle Brand marketing team while frequently partnering with teammates across Brand Marketing (Men's, Women's, Kid's, Brand Defining, Athletes & Purpose, Brand Creative, Consumer Direct Marketing), Geography Teams and other Functional Teams within the Women's organization (Product, Merchandising, Insights).
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business or related field or a combination of education, experience and training. Marketing/Business/Process Leader or Industry experience preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Brand Management and Marketing, deep understanding of youth culture and the women's lifestyle consumer and media landscape.
- Proven ability to drive and deliver results.
- Proven ability to collaborate in high profile matrix-oriented environment and the ability to build, develop and inspire teams.
