What impact you'll make?
The Global Standards Finance analyst will be responsible to support implementation of Standards processes and governance across Poles, Services Finance Operations, and Services fulfilment organization. Be a point a contact for the Region ITR team, and Services Finance Operations teams within Global Services, and drive continuous improvement on standards and governance documentation ensuring accuracy and relevance. Standards Finance analysts will also support with reporting activities for Global Services closing, pacing & planning FP&A cycles.

What you'll do
- Support with definition and implementation of KPIs to measure Standards adherence in all areas of the Global Services Finance organization - Business Unit Finance, Services Operations Finance (SOF), and Commercial Finance. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve Standards guidance and adherence as needed.
- Act as the point of contact for Region ITR and Services Operations Finance team, actively gathering feedback for ITR tools, and Finance Standards and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Drive continuous update of standards and governance documentation for Global Services FP&A cycles, ensuring accuracy and relevance, actively contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Lead Global Services Punchlist process, defining and maintaining the governance framework, while driving global process improvement initiatives.
- Support Global Services FP&A reporting activities on closing, pacing & planning cycles, for Regional and Global reporting packs.
- Be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
- Utilizes technical, analytical expertise and judgement to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking/tools required to solve problems. Should be resourceful and leverage multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Significant experience in finance, accounting, and/or similar, relevant field.
- Fluency in English is essential
What will make you stand out
- Understanding of Gas Power businesses, including business lines (CSA, TX, MMP, and Upgrades).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver with focus, prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment to resolve problems.
- Experience and passionate about driving process improvement, analytical and data visualization tools, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.
- Hands on experience on MS Office suite (Excel, and Power Point)
- OFLP or FMP graduates preferred.
