We’re looking for global social platform content programmer and DAM manager to support one of our top clients, the global social media COE within the Microsoft Cloud Marketing organization. This relatively new, highly visible team helps prioritize, organize, localize, and program social content for Microsoft solutions and communities across the world. This team is on a mission to ensure the Microsoft brands and products are represented consistently, accurately, creatively, and relevantly to all key audiences and stakeholders.Â
This specific content programming and DAM management role will
- intake creative assets,
- categorize, tag, and organize them within the management systems
- assure asset quality and compliance
- coordinate and manage asset distribution, storage, and archiving across regions, lines-of-business, and industries
The ideal candidate has impeccable attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the desire to accomplish daily tasks in a timely manner with strong focus and follow-through. This role offers opportunities to interact with global marketers and partners, develop richer data and asset management expertise, and contribute to the success of one of the world’s top social media publishers, publishing multiple social media posts each year, leveraging localization / languages, globally.
Would you like to…
- Manage content intake via internal tools
- Review submitted content against best practices and governance, for example:
- Reviewing headers / sub-headers to ensure error-free copy
- Searching for product names and modifying as necessary to ensure correct branding
- Metadata tagging
- Verifying URLs, flag or modify as necessary
- Performing an Accessibility check
- Stage content through tools such as Sprinklr and other internal platforms
- Further develop and implement best practices through learnings
- Ensure alignment with established copy and creative best practices, accessibility standards, and the Microsoft Style Guide
- Handle field communications with stakeholders via email and meetings to make suggested content revisions and adjustments
- Partner with social media team members and stakeholders to provide tactical guidance and education on the content management process
What you bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in social media content or asset management
- Experience working in a global environment with a large or enterprise organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 5+ years’ business experience
- Familiarity in the B2B sales process
- A customer service mindset when working with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- Experience with Sprinklr or similar tech
- Microsoft experience a plus
- Proven track record of working collaboratively across integrated teams
- You are comfortable working remotely

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $115,000
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
