Working in a brand-new Agile Organization, you will be part of global solution product management team responsible for Enclosed Transfer Switches offering in Distribution and Energy Management Agile Unit, Smart Power division. In this role you will work in an Agile Team, performing various activities to support both product development and product/solutions release on the market as well as to maintain the portfolio along the whole product life cycle.

Your responsibilities

• Evaluation of market size and trends, competitor analyses including identification of offering gaps
• Collect and analyze standards, market requirements, customer needs and values as an input for future product development
• Identify new area of development or enhancements, and creating innovative solutions to meet customers' needs
• Supporting to define business cases for new developments
• Be part of the product development process from market specification to product launch
• Support customers and sales team on application and technical topics
• Contribute to determining sales targets for sales force
• Collaborate to define and develop marketing tools and promotion activities
• Deliver new product training
• Elaborate and verify product positioning and price lists with sales team
• Manage product ecosystem including master data, design and configuration tools

Your background

• Bachelor degree in Electric, Mechanical or Management Engineering; Masters preferred
• Minimum 4 years' experience years in similar role and multinational company environment
• Preferred experience in organization working with agile methodology and mindset
• Analysis and problem solving, result orientation, products and applications approach, competitors and markets knowledge, teamwork, networking, systemic thinking, innovation-oriented mindset, customer focus and stakeholders' management
• Maximum travel requirement 30% domestic and international
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $92,500 and $171,500 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus. myBenefitsABB.com
