Global Solutions and Integrations Manager (Off-Site)

Description

We are looking for a talented Global Solutions and Integrations Manager (Offsite) to join our Corporate Logistics Operations unit, based out of Nashville, TN.

In this role, you will make an impact among the following ways:
  • Manage the project management activities for assigned functional areas, coordinating, prioritizing, negotiating, and managing the execution of all assigned projects and contracts, leading the analysis, project identification, budgeting, communication, and integration.
  • Collaborate with business management to identify short and long-term projects to be undertaken; performs feasibility needs analysis to determine project timelines; manages the analysis, project identification, design, budget, communication, and integration of project plans; approves business workflow and project design; assesses business needs, Project Manager capabilities and available project budgets.
  • Assist Project Managers with project issue resolution while monitoring the status of all projects on the team; monitors the team's budget; advises Project Managers on the design and development of project plans and timelines.
  • Help Project Managers assess project risk through use of quality tools; coaches Project Managers in alternatives, solutions, and change management approaches.
  • Ensure Project Managers leverage experience of cross-functional resources and resources external to the project team, and review project documentation.
  • Monitor project success measures and understand the status of specific projects and assignments while managing the Project Managers; delegating project assignments based on availability, ability, and developmental needs; provide developmental feedback to team members; and coaching other Project Managers in managing teams.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • Significant level of recent/ relevant work experience, including supervisory experience, of a minimum of 3-5 years.
  • Demonstrated capabilities to execute on complex projects, working across functions at various levels to successfully deliver project objectives on time and on budget.
  • Operations experience in warehousing environment preferred.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
