This role is a strategic leadership opportunity focused on shaping and scaling enterprise-wide AI and virtual assistant solutions that enhance the digital employee experience globally. You will oversee the vision, roadmap, governance, and operational integrity of AI-driven people and culture platforms while driving innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Acting as a bridge between technology, operations, and business stakeholders, you will lead the design and deployment of scalable, compliant, and user-centric digital solutions. The position combines product ownership, AI strategy, stakeholder management, and organizational transformation within a fast-moving global environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure that AI and automation initiatives deliver measurable business value while maintaining trust, security, and compliance. Accountabilities:

  • Define and own the global vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for AI and virtual assistant solutions.
  • Ensure the operational integrity, performance, and scalability of AI-driven digital platforms and automation products.
  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of automation and AI solutions aligned with business and people strategy objectives.
  • Collaborate with technology, operations, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable product and technical solutions.
  • Oversee integrations between AI solutions and global enterprise systems, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Drive innovation initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and AI experimentation to enhance digital employee interactions.
  • Manage product backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, and agile delivery cycles.
  • Use analytics and conversation data to optimize automation performance, conversation design, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, legal, digital security, and AI governance requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate AI-related risks such as bias, hallucinations, and inappropriate responses through robust guardrails and approval processes.
  • Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, external vendors, and strategic partners globally.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI solutions, automation, product ownership, or enterprise technology leadership roles.
    • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Management, HR, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
    • Strong expertise in AI technologies, virtual assistants, automation platforms, and SaaS/cloud-based solutions.
    • Proven experience building digital strategies, global roadmaps, and enterprise-scale implementations.
    • Solid understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and project/program leadership.
    • Experience using analytics and data-driven insights to improve decision-making and user experiences.
    • Knowledge of organizational change management and stakeholder engagement within global environments.
    • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
    • Experience balancing innovation with compliance, governance, and employee trust considerations.
    • Familiarity with AI governance, digital security, and privacy standards.
    • Ability to work effectively across cultures and organizational boundaries in matrixed environments.
    • Certifications such as Six Sigma or advanced professional qualifications are considered advantageous.
