Guide international supplier strategy for a growing company, at Uline! As Global Sourcing Manager, you’ll develop long-term supplier relationships while optimizing Uline’s international supply chain as our North American footprint expands. Procure the best products to provide our customers with legendary service!

Position ResponsibilitiesÂ
Collaborate with Product Managers in managing overseas vendor relationships and negotiations for Uline product lines.

Research and source new products from overseas manufacturers.
Plan and direct overseas travel and factory visits with Product Management leadership.
Develop a strong understanding of overseas regulations, EPA, labor laws and currencies.
Work with internal departments such as Logistics, Purchasing, Product Management and Distribution to drive international operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of experience directly sourcing products from overseas factories.
Knowledge of Chinese and Taiwanese cultures and business practices.
Available for overseas travel 15% of the year.
