Your Role and Responsibilities
The Global SOX Tester will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and compliance of our Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes. As a key member of our team you will be responsible for conducting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing activities coordinating sample selection executing sample testing and documenting testing procedures. Your expertise will be critical in identifying areas for process improvement streamlining testing execution and providing support during audits and business control reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct universe analysis coordinate sample selection and execute sample testing for Q2C processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOX testing requirements and provide guidance to stakeholders on testing attributes and risk areas.
• Educate new testers on testing procedures and maintain up-to-date documentation of testing procedures.
• Provide support during external and internal audits and/or business control reviews addressing testing inquiries and ensuring accuracy and completeness of testing documentation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance testing execution through technical solutions and process improvements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes.
• Fluency in English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a global cross-functional environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Team player with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in business control or related fields.
