We are looking for a talented Global Strategic Account Manager (Hybrid) to join our team specializing in Building Relationships for our Power Systems Business in Shoreview, MN

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Identify objectives to drive execution of business and/or account strategy.
  • Develops Account Strategy and defines desired future state by balancing customer requirements and business capabilities.
  • Interprets internal and external customer needs; explains and demonstrates products, solutions, and services
  • Develops prices by aligning and building consensus with key stakeholders across functions to achieve business targets.
  • Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.
  • Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
  • Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Electrical Engineering, Marketing; Sales; Business; or Equivalent Degree ( required)
  • MBA from an Accredited University ( preferred)
  • 1 year Data Center experience (required)
  • 1 year Project Management of power generators or related electrical equipment experience (required)
  • 1 year Purchasing and commercial contract negation in power generators or electrical equipment ( required)
  • 3 years' Complex Project Management experience ( preferred)

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
