The Operations team continues to grow and aims to strengthen the connection of Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain and Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) across Collins Aerospace. In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to network across our businesses and functions, all while improving the productivity, quality and efficiency of our operations worldwide.

This is a Summer internship beginning May/June 2023 and the work is fully remote.

Candidate will have responsibility for developing and executing supply chain strategies that reduce product cost while improving supplier quality and delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Engaging with commodity teams to deliver against assigned projects
• Completing data analysis
• Supplier long term agreement negotiations
• Internal stakeholder relationship building
• Executing cost reduction projects
• Initiating RFP's

Intern will engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers ranging from peers to senior executives. Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline. Supply Chain or Engineering Major preferred.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
