The ECE Global Strategy & Sales Operations (SSO) Leader is responsible for activities related to Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy coordination, planning, governance and business management, performance management, pipeline management and financial forecasting.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

Lead CNS ECE Global SSO activities to support the execution of the GTM strategy and meet or exceed financial and performance objectives.

  • Lead the ECE overall governance with the Global Sales Leader for all business and operational matters including GTM strategy, sales initiatives & programs, workforce planning, pipeline management and financial forecasting.
  • Utilize analytics to monitor pipeline, drive sales performance, manage the financial forecast and meet operational KPIs. Lead and drive actions to closure for continuous improvements.
  • Support GTM teams with overall pipeline governance to ensure high quality, accurate and consistent opportunity management and to maintain strategic account plans.
  • Lead the ECE financial forecasting process and cadence with Sales teams, Business Unit, Finance, Delivery, etc.
  • Lead the orchestration and preparation of ECE business and operations reviews (i.e., Monthly Business Review (MBR)/Nokia Business Review (NBR) content, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), etc.).
  • Coordinate the ECE bottoms-up annual planning process in partnership with Finance, Market teams (ECE, Customer Experience (CX)), Business Unit and leadership teams.
  • Support ECE sales incentive plans (SIP) in partnership with CX Enterprise SSO, CNS GBC central teams, Finance, People and market/functional teams.
  • Lead management and coordination of ECE GTM Mode of Operations and specific cross-functional programs as required.
  • Lead overall workforce management activities including dimensioning blueprint, workforce planning and budget (OPEX) management in partnership with GTM teams, People and Finance.
  • Provide guidance to the ECE teams on sales, business and operational matters such as workforce planning, pipeline management, forecasting, etc.
  • Apply business acumen and insights to challenge and guide peer and partner teams.

Your skills and experience

Key experience and skills required:

  • 10 years related experience with an advanced degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in sales operations, sales support and sales tools.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of Nokia's business, customers, portfolio, processes and tools. Strong finance knowledge including P&L.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead virtual and cross-functional teams towards high performance.
  • Program management capabilities, in multi-functional and multi-national environments. Global experience preferred.
  • Capability to drive and positively influence shared decisions for the benefit of Nokia.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to results with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and conflict.
  • Hands-on approach.
  • Strong ethics and integrity.
