Global Supply Chain Financial Analyst

Eaton's Vehicle Division is currently seeking a Global Supply Chain and Logistics Financial Analyst to join our team, at the Galesburg, MI facility - and relocation services are available!
The Global Supply Chain and Logistics financial analyst will support global consolidation of supply chain financial results as well as support Vehicle Group North America supply chain and logistics results. This role will consolidate monthly actual, forecast and annual profit plan reviews and the various categories reported out within supply chain financials (cost out, inflation for direct, indirect and logistics spend categories). The role will also indirectly support the North America team in various financial activities around supply chain negotiation accruals and reconciliations as well as own the financial process for North America logistics accruals and associated logistics supplier negotiations. Reconciliation of memo rows to P&L by region and category will be a primary responsibility as well as bridging underlying market drivers for key variance analysis. The role will also manage the risk and opportunity process by bringing the regional and supply chain category teams together to fully understand future P&L risk. The role will act as a utility player in the overall SCM / operations function and initiate / lead standard process improvements across the regions and the functions.

In this role you will:
- Consolidate global supply chain financials and provide various leadership team reports and analytics (P&L and memo rows) for various cycles (monthend, forecast, profit plan, mid-month actuals flashes)
- Prepare and consolidate PowerPoint presentations for Group and Sector monthly leadership reviews covering all categories under supply chain and operations (SCM, Operations Continuous Improvement, CONC, High-5 dashboard, Flex Productivity, Materials/Inventory, etc.)
- Manage monthly logistics accrual models for standard inbound and outbound freight for all Vehicle Group North America sites
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics functions and sites to complete mid-month flash reports for P&L impacts vs forecast
- Manage division ledgers for non-standard accruals for supply chain and logistics activities (i.e. supplier ocean surcharges, direct material negotiations, various reclasses, warranty chargebacks, etc.)
- Partner with materials to complete monthly global inventory and DOH reports
- Assess and manage aging reserves by setting up standard accrual process and managing with logistics and supply chain category teams
- Review other standardization / centralization opportunities within all regions
- Oversee supporting activities from the Pune SSC as well supporting activities for our co-op

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum three (3) years experience in accounting and/or finance
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Relocation within hiring country
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience within finance and/or accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and concepts
- Ability to prepare analyze and interpret financial analyses and reports
