We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist for Bitcoin.com who shares our vision.
In this role, you focus on sourcing and recruiting global top talent to join Bitcoin.com. You will work closely with all departments and the hiring teams to ensure a streamlined hiring process. As we are a growing company you will also work on developing standardized processes that can scale. A large portion of our hiring needs are in the tech space - so experience with recruiting developers will be a plus!
This is an unrivalled opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled product managers, developers, designers, and marketers to build a cryptocurrency platform comprised of many integrations and applications that will change the ecosystem trajectory and lead to mass adoption of Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash.

What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to develop the best approach for all new roles
- Work with hiring managers to determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through various online channels (AngelList, LinkedIn etc.)
- Conduct screening calls, assessments and interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (We are currently using Workable)
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers to design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positionβs requirements
- Maintain our internal database
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Work with HRBP to align hiring strategies on a short, mid, long term basis
Requirements
What you'll be bringing:
- Experience with end to end recruitment
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Both external & internal preferred)
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Experience with tech hiring
- An interest in Cryptocurrencies
