Global Talent Development & LMS Analyst

Overview

Work under the direction of the Senior Director of Global Talent Development and ensure programs and processes are delivered within expected cost and schedule with the highest quality of customer service and quality.

• LMS Administration to certify that all HR compliance training courses are executed by previously set deadlines and completion rates.
• Intermediate level programing/report design work via the PowerBI platform supporting LMS metrics requirements.
• Understand analytics and data to create meaningful data summaries (i.e., Power BI) for presentations to executives • Support the management of department budget and vendor invoices.
• Digital Tool Management support (Degreed and LinkedIn Learning).
• Learning Academy Administration and support for all three regions.
• Minor Training Course Logistical Support (i.e., setting up training, printing participant materials, ordering lunches).

How You'll Make An Impact:

• LMS Administration (Corporate and HR Compliance)
• Reporting Design, Analysis and Administration.
• GTD Budget and Invoicing.
• Digital Tool Management (i.e., Degreed, LinkedIn Learning)
• Training Course Logistical Support.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computing Science or related business field.
• 5+ years' experience with LMS and/or comparable data base administration experience.
• Working knowledge of PowerBI, a must.
• 5+ years successful project coordination and/or training administration experience.
• 5+ years managing vendors and sites.
• High degree of collaboration and relationship building required.

Location: Bio-Rad is pleased to offer the flexibility of a hybrid work environment for this role, 3 days in office, 2 days remote, working out of the Hercules, CA office.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $91,500 to $125,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
