Job DescriptionGlobal Talent Programmes Manager at Checkout.com:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Global Talent Programmes Manager to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You'll play a vital role in building and delivering an exceptional experience for early career talent, bringing market insight and the ability to grow Checkout’s offering. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the team and its vision to drive impact at a global level.
By joining one of the fastest growing FinTech companies in the world, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a highly talented Talent Acquisition team, as well as our wider People function.
What you will be doing:
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Leadership team to shape and execute the Early Careers strategy.
Establish insight days, intern programmes, graduate programmes and explore apprenticeships
Explore alternative programmes such as returner programmes, MBA opportunities etc.
Shaping the Global Early Careers strategy to offer innovative opportunities and programmes within the market in a way that is aligned with the global strategy whilst also meeting the needs of local market nuances
Growing Checkout’s offering to include diversity programmes.
Establish reporting and ROI measurements to monitor the effectiveness of the initiatives
Overall responsibility for ensuring diverse candidate pipelines are actively managed to meet the skills needed by the business
About You:
Played a key role in delivering and evaluating successful campus strategies, programmes or projects in a similar roleÂ
Confident working with data and shown success in using data driven analytics and market intelligence to influence change.
Understanding of key trends, marketing, attraction and diversity strategies within Early Careers.
Strong project management skills, with the capability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to build strong relationships
Team player with strong influencing skills
