The Global Talent Specialist will perform a wide range of support activities and provide assistance to the SVP Global Talent to facilitate the efficient operation of the Global Talent organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, document and run a candidate sourcing programย 
  • Assist in the sourcing of candidates and setting up phone interviews in Greenhouse
  • Become sufficient in all areas of Global Talent, i.e. onboarding, recruitment, operations and talent branding so that coverage can be provided to each team when needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the SVP Global Talent
  • Handle meeting logistics including the set up and/or clean up (when necessary)
  • Complete monthly expense reconciliation for SVP Global Talent corporate credit card and out of pocket expenses
  • Support external requests for speaking engagements, awards, etc.
  • Complete research projects as assigned by SVP Global Talent
  • Document preparation & management for SVP Global Talent
  • Effectively manage time, prioritize work, anticipate needs, and multitask across many assignments & projects
  • Create presentations/reports as directed by the SVP Global Talentย 
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Relevant prior experience in customer service and handling difficult conversations
  • Track record of being able to learn quickly
  • High proficiency and experience with G Suite (Gmail, GDocs, Gsheets)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
