About our Team

The Global Digital Marketing Operations team ensures on-time execution of marketing programs. Our goal is to identify, understand, & communicate key deliverables. In addition; technical specifications, production, reporting requirements, & compliance with GDPR & Elsevier privacy policies. We manage the Marketing Qualified Lead process. Communicating key campaign milestones & progress/delivery status. Managing expectations & identifying potential risks while communicate/proposing solutions.

About the Role

Elsevier is seeking a Digital Marketing Traffic Coordinator. In this role you will support the Global Digital Marketing Operations team. Your goal is to ensure on-time execution of digital marketing campaigns. Those will include; email, paid search, social, webinars, and more. ,Through management of daily scheduling of project and task assignments among the digital operations team, internal stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling daily workflow task assignments for internal associates, ensuring on time execution of digital campaigns.
  • Monitoring potential contact governance conflicts.


  • Tracking and managing creative assets.
  • Managing relationships with contracted creatives, outside vendors and internal teams.
  • Training stakeholders on tools utilized (Monday.com and W/O solution)
  • Communicating timelines and enforcing Service Level Agreements.
  • Hosting webinars, owning the Marketing Qualified Leads process, direct mail delivery, and purchase order processing.


Requirements

  • Able to work in highly organized, detail-oriented fashion and work efficiently to manage large project volumes with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to disseminate and communicate information in a accelerated work environment
  • Have excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle pressure.
  • Able to coordinate with all team members and effectively convey project requirements.


  • Experience with MS Office and using Project Management Software (Basecamp, Monday.com)
  • Have an education in advertising, marketing, communications, or other related discipline with
    relevant working experience.
