Position Summary
Global Travel and Corporate Card Program Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for providing program-focused leadership for Purchasing Card, T&E Card, and Travel program functions. As a Program Manager, you'll help transform how we operate by shortening process cycle times and minimizing exceptions while maintaining excellent customer service for employees using our travel and card programs. You will personally engage in day-to-day support while also leading your team to become more efficient and identify savings opportunities.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Experience managing corporate travel and corporate credit card programs highly desirable. Travel industry or previous travel program management a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in an accounting, business, supply chain, or related discipline
- Credible, hands-on, reliable leader with a focus on process improvement mentoring of team members
- Strong organizational, customer service, and vendor management skills; previous experience in liaising between high-profile customers and 3rd party service providers.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Procurement, Finance, and Vendor Management operations teams to deliver strong strategic procurement experience for key business partners across a broad spectrum of business areas/spend categories
- Experience in program management; specifically, utilizing strong knowledge of procurement processes, practices, and control frameworks to build "control tower" operational reporting and process management
- Experience at identifying and capturing cost savings and operational improvement opportunities
- Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and multi-task effectively
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel. Previous experience or demonstrated interest in more advanced business intelligence tools.
- Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency, attention to detail and financial/analytics acumen
- Strong sense of accountability and integrity
