The Global Travel Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of the firm's Global Travel program and its global Travel Management Company.

Responsibilities:

• Serving as the Supplier Manager for the firm's Global Travel Management Company.

• Authoring, updating, and publishing Global Travel policy; defining travel policies and procedures; ensuring compliance with established policy.

• Negotiating rates, travel deals, and contracts with travel service providers and managing relationships. Oversees the annual hotelier RFP program.

• Assisting business arrangers and travelers with making travel plans and arrangements as required.

• Ensuring traveler welfare by assessing travel risk. These tasks are often performed on an employee's behalf based on the company's travel policy and duty of care provider.

• Compiling and analyzing travel and expense data. Creating standard and ad-hoc reporting on as needed basis.

• Overseeing travel-related contracts and statements of work.

• Travel communications including FAQs and Best Practice documentation.

• Training and on-going support.

• Performance monitoring to ensure established SLAs are met.

• Collaboration on technical troubleshooting as required.

• Travel invoice validation and processing.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, or

• 5+ years of total relevant work experience

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

Initially, the Global Travel Manager role requires on site presence at the OM and/or Pratt Street locations for a 6-12-month period. Subsequently, this role may be eligible for remote work subject to further evaluation of the program needs.
