Global Treasury Account Administrator

Euronet Worldwide, Inc., a leading provider of financial payment solutions with a unique global network of networks, is currently seeking a Global Treasury Account Administrator. This role will have experience with all types of bank account opening documents and must have previous knowledge of Know Your Customer banking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subsidiaries to understand and review bank accounts needs throughout the organization
• Provide summaries to management in writing or verbally, as to the nature and purpose of the new bank account requests
• Provide support throughout the bank account opening, closing and/or ongoing maintenance process to ensure bank account documentation is completed accurately, consistently, and according to company policy
• Ongoing review of bank account opening documents, signatory mandates and board resolutions
• Ensure all information and documentation submitted to the bank has been reviewed by all necessary departments and complies with company policy and proper approvals are documented
• Follow up with internal and external parties to ensure account documentation is received by the target date
• Conduct weekly meetings with banks to track account opening progress and resolve issues
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant experience
• 2+ years of prior banking experience in client support or KYC role
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and establish positive working relationships with other employees across functions in order to achieve goals and objectives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
