Global Treasury Director

As a Global Treasury Director you will be part of a global growing worldwide Finance team. You will be located in Israel, managing the financial activities of Taboola. You will oversee all aspects of the company’s cash flow, including investments, loans, and other sources of funding.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

1. Analysing various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management 
2. Monitor the company loan portfolio and facilities
3. Manage worldwide banking relationships and drive strategic decisions about banking partners and account structures to support international growth 
4. Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements and Produce short, medium and long-term cashflow forecasts.
5. Implement and periodically review the Investment strategy to ensure optimal mix of risk and return.
6. Maintain and develop treasury systems 
7. Produce treasury reports for Finance Committee and the Board.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

For this role it is essential that you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting is preferred; MBA and/or CPA is a plus 
• Knowledge and experience of treasury management including managing loan portfolios, derivative arrangements, liquidity and cash flow forecasting and techniques for analysis of funding and hedging.

It would be great if you also have: 

• Ability to develop good working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, presentation skills and report writing skills.
• Hands-on approach 
• Ability to work in multiple time zones 
• High level Excel skills
