What you will be responsible for:

• Strategic Leadership: Establish and oversee the Group Treasury function across global holding companies and subsidiaries.
• Policy Development: Design, implement, and optimize treasury policies and processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with SOX internal controls.
• Fiat & Crypto Currency Management: Lead the group’s fiat currency management, including enhancing cash pooling and bank account efficiencies.
• Investment Oversight: Develop and execute deposit optimization strategies involving Free Cash, fixed deposits (FD), T-bills, and other financial products to maximize returns.
• Foreign Exchange Management: Evaluate and implement foreign exchange strategies to safeguard the Group’s financial stability and optimize global FX controls.
• Banking Relationships: Build, expand, and maintain strong global banking relationships, exploring innovative solutions and financing/credit cooperation opportunities.
• Business Collaboration: Work closely with Finance and Business teams to support business development and assess financial/treasury risks during expansion.
• Risk Mitigation: Develop and recommend hedging strategies to protect the Group’s financial health.
• Reporting to senior management.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Lead additional treasury initiatives to support the company’s evolving needs.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Treasury and Finance, with 3+ years in a Group-level managerial role.
• Prior experience with listed companies; background in banking, blockchain, or the crypto industry is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of global foreign exchange controls and financial products.
• Demonstrated experience in team management.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to exploring new financial strategies and products with global banks.
• Flexibility to handle urgent matters or calls as needed.
