How you will contribute
This is a Global role in the Digital Workplace : End User Technology :- Collaboration Services space focusing on our Unified Communications & Collaboration Solutions. We provide these solutions to increase productivity: enabling end users to efficiently connect, communicate and collaborate within Mondelez as well with outside world from anywhere & any device, and to continue to innovate through Legacy transformations, reducing costs on legacy technologies and bring in state of the art technology solutions to Mondelez user base..
This role will contribute to the agenda by:

 

  • Being the Global Solution Owner for the production Video Conferencing Solutions, Live Event Technologies and other UC Products and devices (Phones, headsets, perpherals, collaboration boards etc) in the collaboration services space at MDLZ.
  • This is an Individual contributor role providing technical leadership to a highly skilled team of Global technology leads as well as regional operations leads on transformation projects, M&As as well as future roadmap.

 

  • Own the Annual Run costs for the Video conferencing package and otimize and efficiently manage the run costs and reinvest where possible to deliver business benefits to MDLZ.

  • Build and spread the Innovation mindset throughout the Digital Workplace Organization by enabling the digital transformation, screening new collaboration technologies and facilitating the matchmaking with Mondelez business areas
  • Align roadmap requirements and tech stack implementation with key stakeholders
  • Manage forecast & budget 3MM USD + Project Investments of ~ 1MM USD per year
  • Accountable for Architecture Team and Delivery Team to support projects/initiatives related with Digital Workplace and enable new collaboration technology/service/features
  • Design methodology, process and documentation to move new technologies to operation and support team
  • Provide technical guidance on new features and functionalities
  • Identify and implement best practices, tools and standards
  • Achievement of results thru 3rd parties and multiple vendors interactions
  • Ensures Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence is maintained with key vendors. Reviews appropriate dashboards and measurement platforms from vendors on a regularly scheduled basis
  • Guide a team of regional devices and product leads and technical SMEs to drive adoption and implementation of chosen collaboration products


What extra ingredients you will bring:

 

  • 10+ years overall experience with 5+ working Microsoft UC & Collaboration technology experience preferred..
  • 5+ years working with ITIL Operations especially Inciden/Problem Management, Change Management, SLA Management
  • 5+ years working with WAN, LAN, Wireless
  • 5+ years experience outsourced environment

 

 

  • Ability to work successfully in a highly matrixed, virtual global organization
  • Ability to drive to successful outcomes with third party suppliers
  • Ability to manage multiple global initiatives across multiple time zones
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate to global stakeholders and leadership
  • Business acumen - understanding how technology can solve business problems
  • Analystical and Reporting Skills
  • Financial Management of the area of ownership

 

 

  • Microsoft Unified Communications & Collaboration large scale experience
  • Strong Voice and Video and Networking experience
  • O365 Large scale deployment, Operations and Innovations
