TEAM OVERVIEW
The Global Client Solutions Group ("KCS") is KKR's dedicated investor solutions team. KCS, formerly known as the Client and Partner Group, or CPG, was first formed in 2009 to invest in and focus on KKR's relationships with current and potential investors. KKR's Global Wealth Solutions team, formerly known as Private Wealth Partners or PWP, is the part of KCS that is specifically focused on the firm's wealth distribution strategy and goals.
POSITION SUMMARY
The KKR Global Wealth Solutions team seeks to recruit an experienced professional to focus on investor relations for registered and private products across alternative asset classes in the US. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of registered and private fund administration and onboarding and platform (private banks, wirehouses, RIAs and independent broker/dealers) operational processes. They will also deliver strong relationships across third party service providers (such as transfer agents and administrators) and their counterparts at our platform partners. This individual will work seamlessly within the Global Wealth Solutions business, supporting financial advisors and their relationship managers in set territories, as well as liaise frequently with the finance, investment, product, and legal/compliance teams of each of the relevant businesses at KKR.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Field inquiries from Financial Advisors, Investors & internal stakeholders regarding KKR investment offerings
- Support operational onboarding and implementation of KKR offerings on platforms (private banks, wirehouses, RIAs, custodians, third party providers and independent broker/dealers)
- Collaborate with Strategic Accounts and product teams in setting offering specifications, distribution terms and the review of selling agreements
- Assist in the structuring, registration and launch of registered product to ensure compatibility with platforms and third party vendors; with a particular focus on order entry, funding/cash flows and liquidity mechanisms
- Help oversee and manage our relationships with third party service providers (transfer agents, administrators, custodians, outside counsel and financial printers)
- Develop strong understanding of distribution partners’ operational platforms and processes and become resident KKR expert for Advisor and KKR inquiries
- Liaise with KKR investment teams, finance and third party transfer agents relating to client inquiries, problem resolution and reconciliation
- Work with legal and compliance to ensure adherence to key regulatory requirements and periodic filings such as prospectus supplements
- Assist in ad hoc projects / research to support GWS business initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years of experience in investor relations and onboarding
- Comprehensive knowledge of alternatives, with an emphasis on private markets products
- Proven expertise in the ongoing product management of alternative funds targeted at Accredited Investors and Qualified Purchasers
- Extensive experience and an ability to develop relationships with private wealth platforms and fund service providers, including private banks, wirehouses, RIAs and independent broker/dealers as well as fund administrators, transfer agents and custodians
- Excellent academic credentials including an undergraduate degree
- Strong computer and Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Series 7 License (preferred)

This is the expected annual base salary range for this New York-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
Base Salary Range
$150,000—$175,000 USD
