Accountabilities

  • Lead the execution of the UPLIZNA gMG US HCP strategy post-approval
  • Refine and scale brand messaging and campaigns
  • Optimize HCP marketing tactics and materials based on data
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Approval Committee for high-impact materials
  • Contribute to annual brand planning processes
  • Deepen engagement with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Assess competitive activity to inform strategic adjustments
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
  • Enhance training content for field teams
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration for cohesive execution
  • Foster a collaborative team culture across brand teams
  • Requirements

  • Doctorate with 2 years of marketing experience, or
  • Master’s with 4 years of marketing experience, or
  • Bachelor’s with 6 years of marketing experience, or
  • Associate’s with 10 years of marketing experience, or
  • High school diploma/GED with 12 years of marketing experience
  • Strong competencies in brand positioning and campaign development
  • Experience in strategy development and cross-functional leadership
  • Preferred experience in neurology and rare diseases
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Capability to simplify complex strategies into clear plans
