GMS Senior Implementation Manager, NORAM

The GMS Customer Delivery Team is the first touch point to the client post sale. The team is responsible for project managing and successfully implementing the GMS product as purchased by the customer within our goals and KPIs. This is a client facing role.

Summary of the role:

This role will manage customer project deliveries following the sale of GMS and transition the customer into our Account Management organization following a successful on-boarding. The Senior Delivery Manager, GMS will need to quickly learn and understand the customer's business objectives to lead the delivery of all facets of the GMS platform. A successful candidate should have strong project management, troubleshooting and communication skills. An understanding of property management systems, email marketing with HTML or MJML coding, and hospitality industry experience is a plus.

In this role you'll:

• Utilize existing procedures or guidelines and provide input to support/influence area decisions.
• Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
• Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager on multiple key implementations

About the ideal candidate:

• BA/BS degree preferred
• 1-3 years of project management and customer support experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• SalesForce experience a plus
• Hotel business or operations knowledge; Marketing knowledge preferred
