Who we are

Path is a healthcare company powered by technology, dedicated to making mental health care work for everyone. Path takes a patient-first approach, where treatment is more accessible, personalized, and effective. With Path, it’s easy to find a high-quality therapist or psychiatric clinician who accepts insurance and is actively accepting new patients.

What we’re solving

Over 65 million Americans have a treatable mental health issue — that’s 1 in 5 people. Today it’s difficult to find a provider, and for those with complicated conditions, it’s nearly impossible to find coordinated care. We’re here to fix this.

Our Mission

Path's mission is to make mental healthcare work for everyone.

The Role

As 2023 continues to be an exciting year for Path, we are hiring for a Go-To-Market Operations Lead who will spearhead our patient acquisition, satisfaction, and retention efforts.

This is a unique role, as you’ll have the opportunity to immediately lead an extremely bright and driven team of managers, while working on challenges that are critical to the success of the business. You’ll also have the chance to work cross functionally and with the executive team, across product, marketing, and patient support, bringing a fresh perspective to drive growth across the whole business.

As Path continues to grow, we’re looking for the right person to ideate and execute upon initiatives that will enable excellent patient experiences and effective internal workflows. We’re passionate about supporting each other's growth, and are excited to find the right candidate to fill this critical role.

You will

  • Build and develop a high performing team that empowers better outcomes for our patients.

  • Own strategy and planning for the patient growth roadmap and collaborate with cross functional leaders to identify key strategic priorities for patient growth across the entire company.

  • Build efficient and scalable operations processes that are required for the onboarding and ongoing management of our patients.

  • Identify key opportunities to improve patient retention and NPS while lowering patient support costs.

  • Partner with our Product team to identify high impact opportunities for internally built products and to design and implement new features.

  • Own core patient growth data by structuring our acquisition, activation, and retention activities to produce accurate and complete data about the patient lifecycle. Work with the Analytics team and cross functional leaders to ensure this data is being leveraged properly.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in operations within the technology sector, with 2+ years experience managing teams of two or more

  • Past experience driving a workstream with a high volume of conflicting priorities; ability to manage and set expectations across multiple cross functional stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and optimize new software; natural technical aptitude and familiarity with various customer operations and data management tools

  • Strong process design skills; you have a track record of successfully ideating and implementing new processes and can effectively drive adoption throughout the organization

  • Experience with SQL (comfortable writing queries using analytical functions, CTEs, etc.)

  • Experience partnering closely with product teams on product roadmaps and new feature development

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; you are comfortable writing technical requirements, project plans, experiment results, project updates, etc. and speaking in front of executive audiences.

Our Team

The people of Path are what truly define our mission and determine our impact on the world. We believe in building not only a team, but a diverse community that thrives by helping each other succeed and grow and inspiring each other by taking on big challenges.

For employees, Path is a 100% remote company and we’re HIRING! We're excited to bring people onto the team who are committed to raising the bar on mental health care.
