The selected candidate will be responsible for expounding the company vision, as well as creating, maintaining, and optimizing the customer-facing aspects of the company’s newest product. Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand user requirements and build transformative features to enhance user experience

• Build highly-scalable and interactive solutions to engage the end-user

• Collaborate with back-end developers to improve platform usability

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement them to improve platform performance

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Backend Developer

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Golang in production

• Prior experience working in a microservices architecture environment

• Prior experience with Ruby on Rails

• Experience with MongoDB or DynamoDB

• Experience with AWS or GCP

• Prior experience working with fintech, security, payments, etc. is preferred

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Job Details:

• All positions should focus on Golang, with Ruby as a plus (nice to have).

• Must have amazing communication skills

• Devs all should have a minimum of 3+ years of Golang experience, with 5+ years of backend experience total

• Devs also should have some experience with MongoDB, Microservices, and AWS/GCP

• Nice to haves are: AWS databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, Ruby/RoR

• Overlap hours: 7 hrs/day with PST
