You don’t need decades of experience, but you should have a solid track record of managing successful campaigns and improving key performance metrics like Quality Score, CTR, and conversions. What You’ll Handle: • Create and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search and Display networks • Focus on maximizing ad relevance, improving Quality Scores, and increasing click-through rates • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform targeting • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies for optimal ROI • Write and test compelling ad copy through A/B experiments • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align paid campaigns with company objectives • Prepare detailed reports highlighting campaign insights and recommendations Your Profile: • Hands-on experience running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns • Strong understanding of PPC best practices and performance metrics • Comfortable using Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, and Ads Editor • Analytical thinker who uses data to drive decisions and improvements • Skilled at writing engaging ad copy and testing different variations • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to team goals
