Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a strategy consulting, product management, or similar role.
- Experience with digital advertising technology enablement, troubleshooting, or implementation.
- Experience with digital marketing products (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, demand-side platform products, etc.)
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with agency (e.g., digital, traditional, offline, etc.)
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform solution, particularly display and video.
- Understanding of the media agency landscape.
- Ability to make an impact on campaigns and digital media optimization towards a business goal.
- Ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion.
- Excellent organizational, production, analytical, and project management skills.

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000-$145,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and leverage knowledge of Google Marketing Platforms (GMP) to provide the customer with DV360 or SA360 media campaign solutions focused on maximizing access to relevant inventory and deal types, identify and capture unaddressed DV360 or SA360 potential for our customers, and play a role in request for porposals (RFPs), inventory conversations, briefs, and negotiation.
- Work with Google Ads and other GMP teams to ensure alignment with customer objectives and plans.
- Ensure high quality campaign performance. Leverage ad-serving reporting and insights.
- Introduce advanced optimization and campaign management approaches on DV360 or SA360.
- Manage account growth through activating campaign solutions, developing campaign strategy, and monitoring and optimizing for spend and performance to exceed customer marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
