Description and Requirements
Position Summary
Testing Insurance applications and support UAT with good knowledge

• Knowledge about Java, Selenium Web Driver, Maven, TestNG and Azure Devops.
• Testing knowledge - writing test cases, scenarios, preparing test plans, estimation.
• Knowledge about functional, Integration, System, UAT, Regression Testing.
• Involve in design/update Automation reusable Framework as per requirement.
• Analyzes the scenarios that can be automated.
• Perform and support data setup activities and preparation of test data
• Involve in writing and execution of Automation Test scripts.
• Analyzes the report generated and log defect
• Knowledge of Defect Management
• Good in verbal and written communication
• Should be able to do client communication

Job Responsibilities

• Automation Testing Experience using Selenium Automation tool.
• Expertise in Java, Maven, TestNG, Azure devops.
• Expertise in design/update Automation reusable Framework as per requirement.
• Participates as a senior member of an Automation Testing Team.
• Designs and Implement the Automation test framework
• Designs and Execute the Automation test scripts conformance to all functional requirements, relative to the test level, as defined in business or technical specifications.
• Analyzes the automation test results / failure analysis and recommends solutions.
• Candidate should be strong in Scripting, and should have worked on Data driven and key word driven approach
• Candidate should have good functional understanding on the Insurance domain.
• Guides / Mentors the junior team members on debugging complex Automation scripts
• Defines, identifies, collects, and organizes detailed information relating to testing requirements.
• Interacts with the project team to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and conformance criteria.
• Understands and uses appropriate automated testing processes and tools.
• Stays current on established tools, techniques, and technologies.
• Performs work assigned by the lead
• Project experience of Test automation using Selenium.
• Good understanding of application testing process.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education

• Preferably Graduate in Computer Applications / Computer Science.

Experience

• Minimum 4-6 years relevant experience

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

• Knowledge about Java, Selenium webdrvier, Automation reusable Framework, Maven, TestNG, Azure Devops.
• Testing knowledge - writing test cases, scenarios, preparing test plans, estimation,
• Testing (functional, Integration, System, UAT),
• Defect Management - Azure Devops
• Should be very good in written and verbal communication
• Should be very good in Client Interaction
• Good Analytical and Logical Reasoning skills
• Proactive in taking initiatives
• Good Problem resolution skill
• Adaptability to change.
• Timely escalation of issues if required.
