Governance Evangelist

Role

Constellation Network is looking for full-time governance evangelist to join our team. You will be a core team member building and promoting the governance of our open-source distributed systems infrastructure. The Governance Evangelist has a direct impact on the trajectory of our layer 0 distributed ledger technology by growing involvement in the governance process. The governance Evangelist is a liaison between the Constellation governance and other industry-leading ecosystems. They attract high-value talent and partnerships by evangelizing our ecosystem and its governance. They will support the onboarding of new interested parties into the governance process and support the Governance Coordinator in managing the Hypergraph Improvement Proposal Process.

About Constellation Network

Over the last five years Constellation has developed an alternative blockchain network and Layer 0 infrastructure technology called Hypergraph which is faster cheaper and more secure than traditional blockchain infrastructure. Constellation is also the first vertically stacked ecosystem including a Layer 0 base-layer decentralized network infrastructure application support and documentation to help developers build flexible web 3 applications the Lattice Gateway for projects in our ecosystem to market their technology and cryptocurrency and a hardware division featuring the Dor Traffic Miner or DTM.

Minium Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in a customer and/or partnership based role

• Strong background in the blockchain industry

• Solid understanding of existing infrastructure governance models

• Ability to draw and expand upon a wide network in the blockchain industry

• Experience in attracting talent and partners

• Familiarity with writing technical or process based design documents

Nice to Have

• Interest in emerging technologies

• Knowledge of crypto industry specific communication styles

• Background in blockchain governance

• Experience with process management

• Open source contributions

• Competitive salary: $100k – $120k

• Possible compensation split with equity range of: 0.01 % – 0.1%
