What you will do
Manages relationships with our government client to drive sales and revenue.Â
Â
How you will do it
Generate sales, leads, identify opportunities within your account base for growth, and work to increase revenue from current accounts. Â
Ensure clients are fully aware of our solutions. Partner with Marketing to create leadsÂ
Cross sell and upsell an assigned installed base of customers.Â
Increase customer satisfaction by understanding business needs and recommending FM:Systems solutions. Work closely with your Customer Success Managers to drive customer satisfaction.Â

Create a strong referral network from your assigned accountsÂ
Expand current contract values through upselling additional software servicesÂ
Forecasting and tracking – Utilize Sales Force and work closely with the clients to forecast and track sales opportunities. Â
What we look for
5-7 years sales experience selling SaaS/HaaS based products and solutionsÂ
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experienceÂ
Account management experience working with public sector clientsÂ
Technical aptitude working with software solutionsÂ
Relationship management and cross functional communicationsÂ
Industries, Federal, State and local government experience
