Job Description
We are hiring a variety of Interns for Summer 2024 to help our different business teams with various admin tasks and business processes. You will get an opportunity to attend Lunch and Learn events with leaders from the organization, gain valuable experience at a publicly traded real estate investment company, and build relationships with leaders. You will work at our Corporate Office located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center.

• Providing administrative support for your supporting business group
• Track project results
• Attend team meetings
• Provide reports/updates
• Data entry

Departments seeking interns MAY include:

• Government Relations/Risk (time will be split supporting these two departments on a weekly basis to account for a full time summer internship opportunity)

Internships generally take place May-August with flexibility to school semester end dates and fall start dates. Schedule generally expected to be 35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Prior department or admin experience is a plus
• Coursework towards degree in department a plus/sometimes required (i.e. Political Science, Environmental Science, Sustainability or similar for Government Relations)
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Desire to learn
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

Additional Information
Expected pay rate of $18.30-$19.00/hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
