Our Signify Graduate Development Program is an excellent opportunity for you to:

🚀 Start your professional career by experiencing different departments: During the program you’ll work in Customer Order Management team, but also go through 3 rotations (Quotation Desk, Project Management, Logistics) in other teams to gain a broader perspective and expand your network at Signify!

🌱 Grow personally and professionally: During the year you’ll go through tailored trainings, including topics from your areas of responsibility as well as self-awareness and way of working, i.e. LEAN methodology, Design Thinking.

🤝 Work in a global organization: You will daily engage with diverse stakeholders worldwide, working on projects that help to drive the innovation in lighting industry.

Your Team:

Join the Order Desk Management team. Here, we create the best customer experiences by taking care of orders management from end to end. As part of our vibrant team, you'll collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, monitoring orders intake, delivery creation, invoicing, checking customer claims, identifying road blockers, and following up on them.

Your Profile:

🎓 Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed by September 2024).

🌟 Skill Set: Fluency in Polish and English, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

🚀 Key Attributes: Proactive, assertive, with a knack for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

💼 Tech Savvy: Intermediate MS Office, especially Excel, SAP knowledge would be an advantage.

🌍 Cultural Fluency: Ability to collaborate in a diverse, multicultural setting and build bridges across stakeholders.
