Graduate Finance Intern (Special Projects)

The Graduate Finance Intern (Special Projects) is responsible for assisting the Finance department while learning about the various roles and responsibilities across the company.

TTI, Inc. is searching for a Graduate Finance Intern (Special Projects) to be onsite at our facility in Northwest Fort Worth. This position is eligible to participate in our Flexible Officing Schedule which includes 2 days remote work from home and 3 days in the office.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Interfaces and verifies with various business stakeholders that the views meet and support the business needs that these were created to fulfill
• Write ad-hoc queries and reports to provide business insights into the questions posed by senior leadership within business unit
• Learn the systems and tools used for analysis and reporting
• Assist with recurring and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis
• Assist with Cognos data modeling and building dashboards
• Assists with building spreadsheets / Financial Models
• Collaborate with various departments for key inputs
• Monitoring trends in key performance indicators

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Must be pursing master's degree program from an accredited University, preferably in the field of Business/Analytics, IT or Finance with at least 12 hours of IT/Business related coursework. Some work experience preferred.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Exhibits the ability to learn and retain technical knowledge of company processes and procedures.
• Technical skills preferred: Project Management.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
• Exposure working with third party consultants (i.e., Wipro, TCS).
• Some IT exposure within the Finance sector.
• Teamwork/collaboration skills throughout the Finance Department.
• Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) is required.
