This program is designed for all Saudi graduates, intending to uplift their career and provide them with structured training, unique skills, and hands-on experience in the emerging practices and technologies of the electrical vehicle (EV) industry.

Training Program Summary:

You will go through 12 or 6 months of intensive on-the-job training to prepare you to handle the role and responsibilities of this position.

Environmental, Health, and Safety Engineer (KEAC)

Material/Process Planner (KEAC)

Data Entry (KEAC)

Operational Excellence Coach (KEAC)

The Role:

  • EHS: We are currently seeking a Environmental, Health, and Safety – Engineer to support EHS implementation across our KSA manufacturing entities, to support day-to-day EH&S operations in a fast paced, cross functional and highly collaborative Manufacturing / Construction environment.
  • Material/Process Planner: We are looking for a Material Planner to organize our storage areas and maintain our inventory. Preparation and fulfillment of orders in a timely manner so that the Manufacturing Department receives high-quality products.
  • The OpEx Coach: We are looking for a Operational Excellence to work with team members from all levels of the organization to support projects to improve safety, minimize production issues and costs, and enhance vehicle quality. He/She will develop, implement, and maintain tools, systems, and training needed to optimize engagement in the continuous improvement of factory performance.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • English fluency is a must.
  • Great people skills, including strong oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening ability.
  • Basic understanding of electronics technology, supply chain, manufacturing processes and construction trade practices.
  • Conscientious, responsible, and reliable.
  • Tech-savvy
