Your Role:

What You'll Be Doing: 

• Division-Specific Training: Gain in depth knowledge and experience within the designated division (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Data, CEO Team).
• Daily Support: Assist in day-to-day tasks, including research, data collection, and preparing reports or presentations.
• Project Involvement: Contribute to ongoing projects, supporting the team with execution and delivery.
• Data and Reporting: Analyze relevant data, contribute to reports, and support decision-making within the division.
• Process Improvement: Assist in identifying inefficiencies and recommend improvements for team processes.
• Administrative Assistance: Provide support for administrative functions such as scheduling and documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to speak and write in English is a plus
