Implement Gothenburg is growing rapidly. Our customers are moving fast, and helping organisations create real change is increasingly more about doing than saying. Therefore, we are looking for new colleagues to join our climate and energy team at our Gothenburg office on the journey towards making organisations fit for humans and fit for the future. 

Job content – change with impact
As a management consultant at our Gothenburg office, you will work on the front line of helping organisations develop strategies and solutions that tackle the most pressing issues of today’s businesses and the multiple dimensions of sustainability.

In Gothenburg, we work with companies across various industries with a strong focus on organisations in the automotive, energy and industrial goods sectors. We are looking for talented graduate candidates with a strong interest in sustainability who are committed to working with organisations and the biggest problems worth solving.

Your role will typically include

• Designing and driving strategy processes at company, business unit and functional level
• Tackling complex problems and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Designing, envisioning and testing innovative strategic solutions and communicating results and recommendations convincingly in a highly structured manner 
• Facilitating change processes, interactions and workshops to engage and co-create with key stakeholders in global organisations 
• Acting as the team and project manager in projects or taking responsibility for the workstream 
• Being open-minded and prepared for a steep learning curve and applying new approaches to solve today’s most worthwhile problems
• Participating in developing a truly unique team in the Gothenburg region 

We are looking for people who

• Will graduate in 2025 with a master’s degree in business, economics or engineering with excellent academic results 
• Have 0-2 years of experience in management consulting or similar 
• Are passionate and thrive in a network-based culture 
• Have strong analytical and creative skills and the ability to question conventional thinking 
• Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish

• Conversation 1: Candidates advancing in the process will receive a briefing call or email, which we refer to as conversation 1.
• Conversation 2: Will take place in our Gothenburg office between 15 and 17 October.
• Conversation 3: Will take place in our Gothenburg office between 22 and 24 October.
• Conversation 4: Will take place in our Gothenburg office between 28 October and 6 November.
