Job Description

Implement Strategy, part of Implement Consulting Group, is looking for the brightest graduates to join our international Strategy and M&A team of roughly 130 consultants and become part of one of the most renowned top-tier strategy consultancies in the Nordics. The preferred starting date is August or September 2025.

About the role
As a management consultant in Implement Strategy, you will be working in different project teams to help prominent organisations solve their most difficult strategic problems.

On these projects, you are likely to:

• Tackle complex issues through quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Take part in defining our clients’ visions and strategies by identifying specific initiatives that create real impact, including uncovering M&A opportunities
• Prepare and run workshops on strategic problem-solving processes and M&A-related work to engage and co-create with key stakeholders in global organisations
• Work on commercial due diligence to help clients assess their business potential
• Drive independent workstreams in client engagements
• Participate in further developing a truly unique top-tier strategy brand and team, including internal business development

Desired qualifications

• Students graduating in 2025 with a master’s degree in strategy, finance, economics, engineering or other relevant field with an excellent academic record
• Strong numerical and qualitative methodical skills combined with an empathetic, entrepreneurial and curious mindset
• Open-minded, prepared for a steep learning curve and ready to apply new approaches to working with strategy and M&A
