Grant Writer

Revel is growing and expanding our infrastructure footprint, and to support this effort we are looking for someone to join our Corporate Affairs team as a Grant Writer and Content Writer. This individual’s primary responsibility will be executing successful grant applications to support the growth of Revel’s EV fast charging infrastructure in major urban centers across the United States. They will also  support Revel’s Senior Manager for Communications, with a focus on writing content about Revel’s infrastructure business line, including presentations, blog posts, one-pagers and other external-facing materials. 

A successful candidate will have a track record of securing government contracts and funding opportunities, and writing and producing high quality materials.  A background in transportation, energy, electric vehicles/electric vehicle charging infrastructure preferred. 

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in grant writing and project proposal development
• Demonstrated track record of successfully and consistently meeting internal and external deadlines
• Highly organized and able to track multiple projects at once
• Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven
• Clear, precise, and compelling writing skills
• Self-motivated, team player
• Must possess strong planning, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• High level of competency with PowerPoint/Google Sheets
• Experience in clean energy and/or transportation

• Draft winning public funding proposals and supporting documents
• Create compelling narratives for internal and external audiences
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners and stakeholders
• Help team to identify and track federal, state and other grant opportunities and maintain pipeline that includes these opportunities, deadlines and other relevant information
• Build out and maintain data room for supporting documents and other materials 
• Stay engaged with and knowledgeable of key market developments in Revel’s target cities
