We are seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Graphic Artist to join our team. This role involves creating visually stunning brochures and presentations that effectively communicate our project vision and design aesthetics.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Artist to work on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with a specific focus on creating brochures and presentations for real estate development and construction projects. The role requires proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and a keen eye for indoor design aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Brochures: Create high-quality, visually appealing brochures that effectively showcase our real estate projects. This includes layout design, typography, and incorporating images and graphics that align with our brand and project vision.
• Develop Presentations: Design engaging and professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure that presentations are clear, visually cohesive, and effectively communicate key information about our projects.
• Indoor Design Integration: Collaborate with our design team to incorporate indoor design elements into brochures and presentations. This includes understanding and applying design principles related to interior spaces, furnishings, and finishes.
• Image Editing and Enhancement: Utilize Adobe Photoshop to edit and enhance images for use in brochures and presentations. Ensure all visual content is of the highest quality and adheres to our brand standards.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to gather necessary information and visuals for design projects. Ensure that all materials meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all design materials are consistent with our brand guidelines and convey a professional and polished image of Panache Development and Construction Inc.
• Feedback and Revisions: Accept and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve design materials. Be open to multiple rounds of revisions to achieve the desired outcome.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in brochures and presentations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required. Experience with other design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Design Skills: Strong understanding of graphic design principles, layout, typography, and color theory. Ability to create visually appealing and effective design solutions.
• Indoor Design Knowledge: Familiarity with indoor design principles and the ability to incorporate these elements into graphic design projects.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of design work.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to non-design team members.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
