Material Bank is searching for a digital-first Graphic Designer who is ready to thrive in our dynamic creative environment. This full-time position will collaborate closely with marketing strategy, research, content, and channel distribution teams to build creative assets to support the company’s growth goals. 

This role involves working on a diverse range of products, including marketing materials, social media content, print materials, banner ads, advertising visuals, websites, packaging, and displays. We are looking for an individual with a high level of creativity, a keen eye for visual detail, a flair for contemporary design aesthetics, and a genuine passion for the built environment. 

What you’ll do: 

• Work as an integral part of the content team to create groundbreaking visual assets that support our growth marketing objectives. 
• Leverage HTML and CSS skills to enhance email, web, and digital marketing designs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all platforms. 
• Maintain brand consistency while introducing innovative design solutions. 
• Assist with email, SMS, and digital marketing designs as needed 
• Contribute to the development of conceptual features, wireframes, and visual mockups for presentation purposes. 
• Uphold excellence in typography, graphic design, illustration, packaging, motion, and other design elements. 
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals, and assignments as needed. 
• Liaise with clients and colleagues to understand advertising and content requirements fully. 
• Update and amend campaigns based on feedback, adjusting creative assets as needed. 
• Collaborate in updating and managing internal databases for design, photography, and video. 
• Follow creative work from concept to production 

 What you’ll bring: 

• 2+ years of design experience, enhanced by HTML and CSS expertise.  Any art direction/creative experience is a plus.  
• A strong ability in retouching, coupled with an elevated sense of design, layout, typography, and adherence to brand guidelines. 
• Experience in the Architecture & Design industry is preferred 
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, deadline-driven 
• The ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic workplace with cross-functional partners and dispersed colleagues 
• Flexible. Able to handle multiple assignments, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• A compelling portfolio displaying distinctive work with elevated brand expressions. 
• Highly creative & innovative 
• Keen attention to design and detail. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. 
• Midjourney experience is a plus.
