THE ROLE: Graphic Design Co-Op

**This role is for current Northeastern undergrad students**

What You'll Do:
• Work under the guidance of the Designer to build boutique doors, ensuring consistency of vision
• Develop and build designs in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
• Receive and give constructive feedback on each project with positive attitude
• Must be able to shift priorities to meet deadlines based on changing calendars
• Manage the creation of multiple template projects on a daily basis
• Consistently apply and enforce style/brand guidelines

• Fundamental understanding of design best practices
• Organized, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Working towards a BA in Graphic Design with educational training in typography
• Experience creating and optimizing graphics for the web
• Apparel/Fashion experience a plus!
• Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed
• Knowledge of principles of design, including: layout, typography, color, balance, composition and current design trends
• Aptitude to work constructively under stress in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Acrobat
