About the role
Screencastify is looking for a creative individual with a brand-first mindset to join our growing Marketing team! We have exciting opportunities now and on the horizon to make an impact through our brand identity and this role is vital to our success in bringing these industry-changing ideas to the market.

As our Graphic Design Coordinator, you will help us establish strong company brand guidelines, a visual identity, and style guide that is used company-wide and beyond. Through your work, Screencastify will have a strong and consistent brand that our users can identify with.
- You'll tackle a variety of challenges. Our team is still small, and people wear many hats. You'd work with multiple departments — participating in every phase from ideation to implementation.

In 30 days you will have:
- Captured the essence and direction of our brand in order to build out new and creative directions for our visual identity
- Partnered with our Content Marketing Manager to plan a path forward through content creation across our channels
In 60 days you will be:
- Brought to marketing clear and concise opportunities to cement our visual brand identity to our prospective and existing user base
In 90 days you will be:
- Helped establish design as a vital role across the organization through measurable success in helping to bring our visual identity to market
- Played a vital role in our success in the market and have major tangible contributions to our KPI growth
- Have 1-3 years designing quality print and web assets and have an awesome design portfolio to show for it.
- Eat, breathe and live brand identity and can be an advocate for cross-functional consistency.
- Can internalize a brand look/feel and take ownership of building out a system within this design aesthetic.
- Are proficient in visual design, animation, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Have experience leveraging and evolving brand guidelines, style guides, and visual identity for an entire brand.
- Enjoy creative collaboration, and data-driven designs, and you can manage the complexity of each.
