Job Description

The Graphic Design Manager works in-store and onsite at an Eataly location to creatively promote Eataly's products and services. The Graphic Design Manager leads the in-store Graphic Design Team in defining and executing all the electronic and print graphics. Reports to the Marketing Manager; manages the in-store Graphic Design Team.

• Creates digital versions of Eataly company materials for online, print media and store displays following corporate brand guidelines
• Supervises the work of the Graphics Lead
• Creates in-store signage to support the store and its products and services in a deadline driven environment
• Furnishes all signage for the marketplace, restaurants, and in-store and virtual events
• Orders and requisitions supplies as needed for the department
• Communicates with external vendors to coordinate and manage in-store installations and external visibility opportunities
• Assists the Marketing Team with styling and organizing in-store photoshoots
• Performs other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Marketing and Graphic Design experience
• Advanced computer, graphic design and website programming knowledge
• Creative eye and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat
• Knowledge of Italian language preferred
• Experience within the retail and/or Food and Beverage industry preferred

Job Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible schedule occasionally including weekends and nights as needed
