Pay Range: $80,377 - 99,668 annually

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

As NFM's Graphic Design Manager, you will manage and lead the creative design team. Manage the entire graphic design process, from conceptualization to implementation. This is a hybrid position.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

  • Monitor Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Plan Develop and execute a variety of digital and print campaigns
  • Maintain Technical knowledge by attending design workshops, updating software skills, reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies
  • Collaborate Review final documents, completing changes as requested and check for errors before printing or publishing

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts, Advertising, Design, related field or equivalent experience
  • 6 or more years of experience layout, design, advertising
  • 6 years of management or lead role in advertising, and marketing
  • Ability to switch between print and digital and execute across different creative styles
  • Strong understanding of web design and UI/UX best practices
  • Knowledge of typography and color theory
  • CSS, HTML and JavaScript required
  • Branding strategy and marketing experience required
  • Solid understanding of Macintosh computer and graphics industry software
  • Project management required
  • Knowledge and utilizes applications such as Photoshop, InDEsign, Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Computer skills and ability to navigate through MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of advertising practices to govern personal design
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
