Pay Range: $47,915 - 59,414 annually

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

Are you creative? As a Graphic Design Specialist at NFM you will be responsible for the overall design of various advertising collateral. You will develop visually pleasing layouts and graphics, while maintaining and enhancing brand, store and e-commerce image. Your collaboration on design concepts with internal and external team members will create a World Class experience for our customers.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Create the Plan: Ability to translate requirements into designs to inspire and capture the target audience's attention and communicate the desired message
• Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a collaborative team environment to meet all deadlines
• Work the Plan: Collaborate closely with managers, creative team members, copywriters, marketing and brand teams throughout the design process
• Play your Part: Review final documents, completing edits as requested and check for errors before exporting final files
• Be the Expert: Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, updating software skills, reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts, Advertising, Design, related field or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years experience with layout, design, advertising
• Experience using design applications, including Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Computer skills and ability to navigate through MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Macintosh computer experience a plus
• Basic animation skills and knowledge of HTML a plus
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
