Graphic Design Specialist

The Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for advancing AHEAD’s visual brand across company properties and other marketing and sales materials. This role will apply the brand style developed by the Design Lead across various assets, while also employing their fresh creativity to design net-new materials. This position will report to the Director of Brand Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Brand Team in devising new, creative applications of the company’s visual style through new logos, advertisements, digital and print assets, etc.
• Apply the visual style of the AHEAD brand to elevate assets developed with partners, employees, and other stakeholders
• Assess and continually elevate the visual designs and branded templates used in decks and presentations by our sales and technical teams
• Help the Brand Team enforce brand integrity and standardization on all assets throughout the company

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant design and marketing experience
• Graphic design background with a strong portfolio of work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in PowerPoint design and creative visual storytelling through slideware
• Collaborative nature and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
